Here people laugh, dance, sing, play and research, but sometimes sadness and anger also need space. We want to live in a relationship and community in which both adults and children are seen as equal actors in the daily life of the day nursery. We cultivate a participatory and negotiation-oriented style of upbringing, which leaves room for the needs, suggestions and wishes of the children through its openness to results. The interest and enthusiasm of the children is something we want to take up and use as a reason for new offers. In their daily activities, the children are given the opportunity to drive their development forward themselves and, through their own efforts, to build up independence and self-confidence. Living together also means bringing our reference worlds on board, above all the parents, and making it possible for them to be children together.
